Common problems for laser toner cartridge

Due to special environemental conditions or misuses from users,errors or faults may

be caused to printing. To ensure excellent printing and instruct users in the right way,

this instruction list some methods for distributors and end users to do troubleshooting.

Problems description	Reasons	Solutions
When using a new printer machine,  it may have problems like fogs, paper jamming, or print-outs may appear to be background grey or light color, fuzzy, with color contamination, etc.	special season or weather like  coldness, strong humidity affected  on printers and papers.	1. Use printers and paper within a  DRY  environment. 2. Warm up printers until reached to  certain temperature, and print white paper  until it becomes normal. In this case, it will not consume any toner powder.
Some dust on surface of toner cartridges	due to 100% product line tests.	Before installing, use a duster cloth to clear it.
Sealing strips has been broken	Didn't follow the correct way / shake toner cartridge while tear  off the seal.	Try to print text version for tens of pages, if ok, then continue to use.
after installing,there are words like “10.0.0.0” Memory Error; or it appears “Non-OEM Brand toner cartridges",etc..	Some compatible may have such kind of hints	Please press "OK", "GO",  "Executed" or "YES"  tips showing in right corner on computer screen.
Fail to recognize machines	PCR or OPC cannot be charged/fail  to install in right place	Cut off power and clear the eletric conducting  position between printers and toner cartridges /Reinstall toner cartridge in right place
First several pages with background grey or lines	Printer machines may have dusts  or being contaminated; Before delivery, toner cartridges are 100% tested and some toner powder residued on cartridges .	Try to print for some more pages and will disappear.
OPC with some scratches	frictions between OPC,  blade and  rollers;printer media with some sands or other impurities	OPC will not affect printing effects, please continue  to print; please keep the printing paper clean.
Print out appears to have finger prints or other contanminations.	Human being touch the OPC  and contanminated the OPC.	Please try to print for more pages and will disappear.
Print out appear to have some  well-regular spots	PCR or OPC have breaking points	If the diameters of the spot is less than 0.3MM,  it is within the inddustry standard and can be used.
Print our appears to be all black	PCR and OPC fail to be charged	Cut off power and clear the eletric conducting position between printers and toner cartridges
Print out appears to be all white	Didn't remove seal;PCR failed to be  charged; laser printer didnot connect well	Please check the conducting position between printer and cartridge; Reistall toner cartridge.
Periodicity light color	Transfer roller has been damped (periodicity,under OPC)	Use dryer to dry machine for at least 10 minutes  and wait until it is cool.
It appear to be light color, no texts, with less texts, or no texts	Toner powder to be used out	take cartridge out and lightly tap and shake the cartridge, normally it can last for sometime.
