On the same earth, everyone is responsible for environment protection, so do we.
In the recent year, customers' demand for compatible inkjets is boosting, however, on this important moment, Zhuhai Aicon Image Co., Ltd. made a great decision to expand its remanufacturing business.
So far as we know, the average collecting rate of cartridges with printheads all over the world is around 1.2%, which means only about 5 millions pieces are collected to be made good use of one more time, however, that inChina is much lower than the average in this industry.
In passed few years, we found remanufactured cartridges took a stable portion although under great pressure from compatibles.
As the times require, some small remanufactured factory emerged in some developed countries for the passed several decades, which misunderstood by some of us that remanufacturing cartridges is an easy job with small investment.
However, to be professional, Aicon is concentrated on empties collecting, automatic production and engineer elites, which helps to keep Aicon competitive and irreplaceable.
As common sense, qualified empty is one of the most important factors to affect both stability and prices of remanufactured cartridges, which makes it a must for Aicon to use virgin empties, who has its own local channel to collect empties easily with competitive prices so as to keep its top place in this industry.
What's more, Aicon polishes every process of remanufacturing to precise, even like cleaning empties, and automatic machines as well as organized managements bring great efficiency on production.
As an enterprise concentrated on environment protection, Aicon strictly follow the government policy to apply one-stop disposal solution of sewage, which highlighted all the production.
After all, the reason for massive used cartridges abandoned, instead of collected is that human beings' consciousness of environmental protection is still poor and need to be raised , meanwhile, we lack efficient methods on construction of collection channels and impactful government intervention on collection industry.

| When using a new printer machine, it may have problems like fogs, paper jamming, or print-outs may appear to be background grey or light color, fuzzy, with color contamination, etc. | special season or weather like coldness, strong humidity affected on printers and papers. | 1. Use printers and paper within a DRY environment. 2. Warm up printers until reached to certain temperature, and print white paper until it becomes normal. In this case, it will not consume any toner powder. |

As feedback from customers that HP540-3,HP530-3 is easy to have leakage problem during the
transportation,we did research and purchased a machine as below picture to solve this problem.
Firstly,the clean blade material was changed from TET to PU.
Secondly,the clean blade is installed by machine automatically instead of manual work.(Most of
manufactures use manual)
It avoids leakage so the quality keep much stable.

Court Decision Favors 123inkt against Samsung, Again
123inkt.nl, the Netherlands-based webshop for toner and ink cartridges, won the appeal in its patent dispute with Samsung.
123inkt.nl was accused of breaching Samsung’s patent EP-2397914-B1 (EP914) with the use of aftermarket chips it used in its range of aftermarket Samsung laser printer cartridges. In a judgement at the District Court at The Hague, dated 30th October 2014, the court ruled in favor of 123inkt.nl.
Samsung filed an appeal. However, all claims of Samsung were rejected by the Hague Court of Appeal again. During the trial, the court found the patent of Samsung non-inventive and there is a high probability the patent will be invalidated.
Gerben Kreuning, Director of 123inkt.nl, is pleased with the result of the lawsuit, as the company could continue to sell its own brand toners for Samsung printers. He is glad that the court has ruled on two occasions in favor of 123inkt.nl. He believes Samsung’s patent on the chip is not inventive and it is being used as a means of enforcing a monopoly on the sale of after-market toners.
